Refund policy
At Psychologist Vietnam, we are committed to providing high quality psychology courses to support your personal and professional development. We believe in the quality of our services and always strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. However, we also understand that sometimes the service may not fully meet your expectations. To ensure customer satisfaction, we follow a clear and fair refund policy. Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 3–4 business days from the time of receipt of the request. Please allow time for the funds to be transferred to the same Vietnamese bank account that you used to make the initial payment.

Refund conditions:
Refund requests will only be accepted in the following cases:
1. Refund request period:
Students must submit refund requests within 48 hours of payment.
Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
2. Refund conditions for each course:
Basic Psychology Course: Refunds are available if request is submitted before the start of Lesson 4.
Teaching Classes: Refunds are available if the request is submitted within 24 hours of attending the first lesson with the instructor.
3. Refund method:
- Log into your account and fill in the form at the bottom of the page.
Refunds can only be transferred to Vietnamese bank accounts.
The account receiving the refund must be the account used to make the original payment.
- User may be contacted/called to confirm refund
4. Refund amount:
The refund amount is equivalent to the tuition fee originally paid.
Offers or discount codes (if any) are included in the total initial tuition fee and will be refunded accordingly according to the actual value paid.
5. Inappropriate or aggressive behavior:
In the event of a student's aggressive behavior or violation of the code of conduct with the instructor, the student may be removed from the course. There are no refunds in these cases.
6. Minimum number of lessons to qualify for a refund:
Refunds are only applicable for courses of 3 sessions or more.
Courses with only 1 or 2 lessons will not be eligible for refund.
